| Everything started in October 2004 at the West Marshall street annual Harvest Festival. Ralph and his friends agreed to play for the public. Fred was scheduled as the " next" performer. They liked each other a lot, and played and sang together for over three hours. Soon after they had become "The Boogie Dogs". |
